Derogatory

Derogatory words is showing critical disrespectful  attitude. For example : ABC or American-born Chinese, Amigo, Negro, Yankee.

When a moment later we are living in another country, then we should take care when communicating with other citizens who living in the same country. As the story someone who came from  Singapore , his name george she had lived in America in 1 year. He works in a company belonging to a foreign country .

george is a person who lived in the neighborhood of the Chinese people so he's been a lot to know about Chinese culture. Even he understood Chinese well.

When she was walking a street in a public place, such as he met with a person of Chinese descent woman. But that person didn't know much about the culture of Chinese culture.

george talk to this women use  Chinese language, but the woman says that she can’t speak Chinese. Then george say “ ooo……. you are an ABC ( American Born Chinese )? and all of a sudden she was angry and leave george with it.

So be carefully when we talk to other person, make sure that you don’t  use Derogatory words.

as we have noticed that a lot of positive or negative view of foreign citizens against a citizen Indonesia between them there are many argument  that citizens indonesia was benignant and good natured . but besides that these also other that citizen Indonesia was sluggard and i loved postpones work.

following this  opinion, they give an argument that  indonesian persons are lazy, warm ect. Its good fair and it will be made us introspection and can be made us be better than before.

one of their argument about us are:

1.       fearful / currish : is less proper , our fathers sailor also our nation famous intrepid . the proof of this with the bamboo cuneiform course we used to be boldly resisting colonist .

2.      emotionally not really balanced . this is really too stubborn . definitely he watch football our pandemonium yesterday

3.      extrovert : this may be on to something . we the people of that nation open , with everything :

4.      conscientious / unyielding , doing the great effort in do something . hmmm .

5.      warm and friendly browse . this one is no doubt , already be made a jargon tourism to sell promote indonesia .

6.       lazy ; the live for today - organisation cares about tomorrow . this the hell is not exactly om caucasians . many also who diligent and hard working banting of bone for the sake of the future.

7.      Corrupt.

the culture differences between me and my friend who come borneo

I have a friend in my boarding house her name is kumala sari. She  came from the island of Borneo. from my experience , we have a lot of difference between us in terms of cuisine. she did not like the taste of salty, too much food containing msg  and coconut. He never bought food at food stalls, perhaps for fear of the cuisine in purchasing contains many msg. because it is, he always cook it yourself.

My friend was probably not used to eating salty dishes, and contains msg in her village. He always cook dishes native to the area. He always introduces his special food to me, and he always taught me how to make it. Actually I do not like with the cuisine dishes because it feels strange indeed. But I have to appreciate all that and I just tried the cuisine just a little.
